United States
We ship all US orders via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $8.00. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
International
We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days).
Free shipping is occasionally available via promotional codes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Alma Viva set. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed
Process:
- Email us at almavivabeachwear@gmail.com to initiate a return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
